at helping health and wellness
businesses identify and
capture competitive niches
and uncover customer loyalty
and profit opportunities.
She speaks at industry events,
has been quoted in national
business publications including
The New York Times and Fortune
and has authored and served
as a media source for numerous
features in industry publications.
She has also served as an
invited judge for the Health
Information Awards, the
Mature Media Awards and
NAWBO's National Public
Policy awards.
Leslie's professional experience
ranges from start-ups to
Fortune 500 companies.
It includes twenty-plus
years of senior management
positions in sales, marketing,
operations, finance, human
resources, and strategy.
She has worked closely with
private equity investment
firms on financing, mergers
and acquisitions.
Her earliest encounters
with the wellness industry
came as the client of a
workplace wellness provider.
With responsibility for
up to 1000 employees, she
quickly realized the importance
for businesses and communities
of promoting wellness and
healthy living.
She and her partners subsequently
founded Radial to complement
the healthy-living and wellness
expertise of Radial's clients
and customers with the business
management expertise that
they need to build sustainable
businesses.
Leslie is a Certified Public
Accountant with an MS from
DePaul University, an MA
from Northwestern University,
and a BA from the University
of Mississippi.
