Seminars & workshops delivered via telephone and web:
With at least one business day's notice of cancellation, we will credit 100% of your enrollment fee to a later session or issue a 100% refund.
With less than one business day's notice of cancellation, we will credit 50% of
your enrollment fee to a later session or issue a 50% refund.
Seminars & workshops delivered in-person:
With at least five business days' notice of cancellation, we will credit 100% of your enrollment fee to a later session or issue a 100% refund.
With
fewer than five business days' notice of cancellation, we will credit 50% of your enrollment fee to a later session or issue a 50% refund.
We apply this policy because we're often unable to replace you with someone from our waiting list if we have less than 1 day's notice for web and telephone seminars or fewer than 5 days notice for in-person seminars. We also want you to view your investment of time and money in professional development as a serious commitment. |
