How our pricing works

Most client marketing projects blend consulting and content creation:

During the consulting phase, we work with you to identify and prioritize your highest-impact marketing points. We also identify which marketing materials would make the biggest difference for you.

Maybe you don't need a brochure after all; but you desperately need an online competitive comparison. Maybe you need a brochure and some top-notch program descriptions; but the testimonials section of your website is in great shape.

Our consulting rates currently start at $225/hour. Payment is generally made via credit card following each consulting session.

Then comes the content creation phase, when we actually create the online or offline materials that we've all agreed should be developed.

You hold the copyright to the materials we create for you. We're also happy to provide the underlying Photoshop, InDesign, Publisher, etc. files on request so that your local team can make future updates.

Our writing, graphic design and layout services start at $125/hour plus third-party costs for items like stock graphics.

We bill in quarter-hour increments. You pay for time you use, and not for time you don't - so we don't request a retainer and we don't have a minimum monthly billing requirement or anything else along those lines.

Marketing projects are generally billed to your credit card as we complete each item.
