Obesity headlines cheat sheet

You probably didn't have the time to read the flood of obesity headlines in the last 60 days. Let me save you some time:

Adults are still getting heavier. More so in half the states. Less so in...none.

Kids aren't. Unless they're lower-income, or Native American.

Obese Americans spend $1400/year more on healthcare. Mostly on prescription drugs.

(And, no, doctors don't consistently advise weight loss. Or maybe they do, and it goes in one ear and out the other.)
