Is the Roundtable a good fit for your
wellness business?
Did you ever go to a
workshop or conference session on email marketing and come back thinking "Wow, the best
part was hearing what other people are doing, and
talking about what we're trying?"
And didn't it feel good to share what works for you with people who have the same questions you once had?
Yet crazy-busy schedules plus seriously expensive hotels and airfare make it tough to get to
even one
workshop or conference a year.
And local networking and business groups mean well...but they don't
really get
what's special about health & wellness.
Rob R., center director: "We
alternate sending people to the big fitness conferences, and I belong to
BNI here in Kansas City, but that hasn't really helped us take advantage
of email and our website to market our corporate wellness programs."
It's tough, isn't it? Because your email and website marketing needs specialized expert attention every month, not
once a year.
Our Email & Website Marketing Roundtable is for growth-minded health clubs,
fitness centers and wellness centers that expect results from their
Internet
marketing - results like new members, better client retention, higher
sales.
At the Email & Website Marketing Roundtable, you'll learn and share the
online marketing techniques
that actually work for wellness businesses like yours. And you get the straight scoop
on what doesn't pay off, too.
Do questions like these ring a bell?
- What are the best ways to get more email subscribers?
- How can we get more visitors to our site?
- How can we turn site visitors into sales leads?
- How can we switch from a hard copy newsletter?
- How can we get people to read our marketing emails?
Say you're considering website changes or a new email marketing campaign. Bounce it off the group. Show us your drafts
if you'd like to, and get friendly, honest
input based on real-life experiences in businesses like yours.
How the Roundtable works
Sandra F., co-owner: "My group is just a huge asset to our yoga
therapy business. We only discuss what matters to the members. And
we have enough time to really talk about things in detail without losing
a whole day at a workshop."
Every month we hold a 90 - 120 minute conference call with the members of our
Email & Website Marketing Roundtable, usually ten or so senior
managers of growth-minded health and wellness businesses.
I'm
Leslie Nolen, Radial's president, and I host the call and make sure that everyone's
heard. You don't have to submit your questions, issues and
problems in advance of each call, although of course it's great if you
can.
During the call, the group shares ideas and experiences, answers
questions, and provides a forum where you can hear what's working for
others and share what's worked in your business.
All members promise to keep the discussions confidential. So if you want feedback on specific email
and website marketing activities,
you can provide
them to me ahead of time and I'll make them available to the group
so you can get ideas and suggestions.
Merrion S., marketing director: "Leslie is an amazing resource and I have learned so much about how to make our monthly emails actually get people in the door. That's
where we needed help, because we know what to do once they're actually here
in the club."
What's great about this program
Brainstorming, idea generation and problem-solving with trusted peers and
Radial...on your
schedule.
- A trusted environment - we don't let direct
competitors in the same city enroll in the same group, and all members
promise to keep the discussions confidential
- Everyone's heard - we keep the discussion on track
and inclusive, so everyone contributes, and everyone benefits
- Limited membership - so you really get to know your
colleagues and build the trust that makes open communication possible
- Cancel at any time - you're not locked into a
long-term commitment
- Fits unpredictable schedules - if you miss a call,
just listen to the recording when it's convenient
- It's guaranteed - so if it doesn't turn out to be
what you want, we'll refund your payment
- And about the same cost as a typical monthly
networking group lunch that's usually nothing more than a "meet and
greet"
Tom C., wellness director: "It's been a relief to know that every month we
can count on quality time where we get feedback and ideas from other
people who understand exactly what it's like to market weight and
nutrition programs."
Frequently asked questions
1) Will I be helping my competition?
No, we don't let direct competitors in the same city enroll in the same
group.
2)
How do you make sure everyone has a chance to talk and ask questions?
I keep the call on track and
makes sure that the group works well together and that everyone is
heard. Plus, I share the knowledge we've accumulated at Radial from working
with hundreds of wellness centers, fitness centers and health clubs.
3) What if I miss a call?
Not to worry. We record each session so you can listen when it's
convenient (and we remind you a few days before each call, too).
Cherise P., program manager: "This roundtable has turned out to be exactly
what our hospital fitness center needed. We constantly talked about doing more with email
and our website, but it accelerated once we joined the roundtable."
