Rethinking The Business Of Wellness

Are Men’s Brains Better At Resisting Hunger Pangs?

Are these findings in synch with your own observations?

I’m just wondering, because the differences in overweight and obesity rates between men and women aren’t that high.

This study performed by Brookhaven National Laboratory found that men were better able than women to suppress hunger pangs when presented with their favorite foods.
